Our world is a mess right now. Everywhere we turn we see warfare, violence, and discord. It can be painful to look, and painful to live. In times like this it is easy for people to either latch onto absurd conspiracies or bury their heads in the sand. Neither approach is very helpful.
This week’s worship service reminds us of how to face our world as Christians. The message will center on Jesus’s words to his first disciples about hope and fear, and afterwards we will pray for Ukraine, Russia, America, and in truth the entire world.
