Being a Christian does not seem to mean as much as it used to mean… or as it is supposed to mean. Sunday worship is just “one option” among many. We study our phones more than our Bibles. Many follow politicians more passionately than we follow Christ. It is not supposed to be this way.
If you are tired of the Carnival of Faith that modern American religion has become and want to rediscover the basics of following Christ; then join us for worship this week, and hear a message based on Jesus’ words about shallow faith, dead faith, and real faith. Then make plans for being physically present at worship next week, or as soon as possible. Being there is always better.
Remember, following Christ is more than a lifestyle. It is Life.
