The Bible is filled with people we scarcely have time to consider, and yet if we slow down and ponder the meaning of their lives, we often feel the Holy Spirit shining a light into our souls. Today, on Palm Sunday, and the beginning of Holy Week, Pastor Barnes will challenge us to consider the man for whom Jesus died in his place, Barabbas. Then, as we ponder Barabbas’ life, we will each be challenged to ask these questions: “How much am I like him?” and “What do I really, really believe in the depths of my soul?”
