What is Your Diet?

At the beginning of a new year, many of us make commitments to exercise;. We may have the motivation to follow through, but if we eat unhealthy food, we may lack the energy to do so. Pastor Keith Butler reminds us that our spiritual life follows the same principle, and challenges us to look carefully at what we’re “feeding” ourselves spiritually.
